Levels let you unlock more rewards the more you engage with a brand. As you earn coins, you level up and unlock new perks.
You level up by earning coins - through challenges, referring friends, and buying from a brand.
Redeeming your coins never lowers your Level.
Some brands also ask you to spend a certain amount to level up. This is called a Spend Checkpoint. If a brand uses one, you'll need both enough coins and enough spend to level up. Not all brands use this, so it depends on the brand.
Your coins and spend only start counting once you've made your TYB account and joined that brand in the app. Anything before that doesn't count toward your Level.
Open any brand's page and tap Levels in the center of the page.
Inside, you'll see:
One thing to know: your progress numbers always show what you need for your next level. They won't change as you swipe through the cards - that's normal, not a glitch.
