Levels let you unlock more rewards the more you engage with a brand. As you earn coins, you level up and unlock new perks.
You level up by earning coins - through challenges, referring friends, and buying from a brand.
Redeeming your coins never lowers your Level.
Some brands also ask you to spend a certain amount to level up. This is called a Spend Checkpoint. If a brand uses one, you'll need both enough coins and enough spend to level up. Not all brands use this, so it depends on the brand. They are calculated on post-discount, pre-tax, pre-shipping (subtotal).
Your coins and spend only start counting once you've made your TYB account and joined that brand in the app. Anything before that, or coins earned from a duplicate account now merged to your main one, don’t count toward your Level.
Open any brand's page and tap Levels in the center of the page.

One thing to know: your progress numbers always show what you need for your next level. They won't change as you swipe through the cards - that's normal, not a glitch.
