You might see:
Announcement channels
These are for important updates like product drops, rewards, or news. You can react with emojis!
Insider or exclusive channels
These are special spaces for Level 2+ members or specific groups. They’re great for deeper conversations and connecting with other top fans.
On the main menu or you can go straight to a brand’s page in the TYB app and tap the Chat button.
If you do not see certain channels, they may be gated based on your level or collectibles.
