Trouble Logging In? Try These Troubleshooting Steps:
- Update to the Latest App Version
- Make sure you have the most recent version of the TYB app installed. To check, delete and redownload the TYB app from your app store.
- Don't See a 6-Digit Code?
- After entering your email or phone number, a pop-up will prompt you to input a 6-digit code.
- If using email: Check both your inbox and spam folders.
- The message will come from [email protected] with the subject line "Sign in to TYB."
- If you don't see the code after 5 minutes, try logging in again - you may have entered the wrong email address.
- If using mobile: Check your texts for a message with the code.
- If you don't see the code after 5 minutes, try logging in again - you may have entered the wrong phone number.
- Be Patient:
- The code may take a few minutes to arrive. Avoid refreshing your TYB browser, as this will restart the process.
- Verify Your Account Information
- Are you using the correct login method?
- TYB accounts can be created with either an email or phone number as the primary login method.
- If you select phone number as your primary login method, you'll still need to verify an email for important notifications.
- If you're having trouble logging in with your email, you may have created your account using your phone number.
- Note that login methods are not interchangeable—if you created your account with a phone number, you can't log in using your email, even if it's verified in our system. Sorry, I don't make the rules!
