Trouble Logging In? Try These Steps to Troubleshoot:
- Ensure You Have the Latest App Version
- Make sure you have the most recent version of the TYB app installed. You can check this by deleting and then redownloading the TYB app from your app store.
- Don’t see a 6-digit code?
- After entering your email or phone number, you'll see a pop-up prompting you to input a 6-digit code.
- If using email: Refresh both your inbox and spam folders
- The message will come from **[email protected]** with the subject line "Log in to TYB"
- If you don’t see the code come through after 5 minutes, try logging in again. You may have entered the wrong email address.
- If using mobile: Check your texts for a message with the code.
- If you don’t see the code come through after a 5 minutes, try logging in again. You may have entered the wrong phone number.
- Be Patient:
- The code may take a few minutes to come through, so please be patient and resist the urge to refresh your TYB browser, which may require you to start the process over.
- Check for Account Issues
- Are you using the correct login info?
- TYB accounts can be made with either email OR phone number as the primary login method.
- If you select phone number as your primary login method, you will still be required to verify an email we can use to send important email notifications.
- If you’re struggling to log in using your email address, consider that you may have created your account using your phone number.
- Note that the account methods are not interchangeable… i.e. if you created your account using phone as your primary login method, you cannot log in using your email, even if we have it verified in our system. Sorry, I don’t make the rules!
