About you…
- You have 1–3 years of outbound sales experience within e-commerce, SaaS, or martech.
- You’re energized by early-stage environments and are eager to build and improve systems from the ground up.
- You have strong research skills and a strategic approach to outreach - you know how to personalize and resonate with top-tier consumer brands.
- You’re highly organized, self-motivated, and excited to hit goals that fuel the growth of the business.
- You thrive on collaboration and love sharing learnings, wins, and feedback with the broader team.
- You’re excited by the idea of working with iconic consumer brands and believe in the future of community-integrated-commerce.
- You want to learn and grow - this role is a launchpad into our AE role for top performers.
About the role…
- You’ll be an early and foundational member of the sales team, partnering closely with the AEs and leadership to build our outbound motion from the ground up.
- Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation - success starts with your ability to identify, engage, and qualify high-potential brand opportunities for the sales team.
- Play a key role in driving TYB’s growth by identifying high-potential brands, crafting targeted outreach, and generating a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities for our sales team.
- Take ownership of outbound sales collateral and help systematize what we need to move fast and sell smart.
- Collaborate with teammates to share winning outbound strategies, iterate on what's working, and help shape team culture.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Design, and CS to channel feedback from early-stage conversations into product and GTM improvements.
