The role

We're hiring our first dedicated Product Lead for Revenue to own how TYB turns engaged community members into buyers, and buyers into repeat, higher-value buyers. You'll report to the Head of Product, set direction, and operate with a lot of autonomy in a 0-1 environment where process is still being built. This is an individual owner role today, with room to grow a team beneath you as we scale.

You'll own the surfaces that drive monetization, conversion, repeat purchase, and the take rate on community-driven commerce (TYB Shop, Early Access Drops, and the broader buyer funnel), and own those surfaces end to end.

We build with AI, and we expect you to as well. That means using AI to move faster in your own workflow (research, analysis, prototyping, spec writing) and thinking natively about where AI and agentic experiences belong in the buyer journey, from personalized discovery to agent-driven shopping. This is a role for someone who treats AI as core to how they work and what they build, not a bolt-on.
