Order Cancellations, Returns & Coin Refunds

TYB coins are generally not refundable for:

Once coins are redeemed toward a purchase, they cannot usually be returned or refunded, similar to how standard discount codes work.

When coins can be returned

If a brand cancels your order directly, your coins are eligible to be returned to your wallet.

In most cases, this happens automatically once the cancellation is processed by the brand.

If your order was cancelled by the brand and your coins have still not returned after a few days, please contact Support via email at [email protected] with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Your TYB username and account email
  3. Proof that the brand cancelled the order

Our team will be happy to review the order and investigate the missing refund for you.

Coins earned from purchases

If you earned coins from a purchase and later return or cancel that order, the earned coins may be removed from your wallet once the return or cancellation is processed by the brand.
