About TYB
TYB (“Try Your Best”) is building a community rewards platform for top brands to directly engage and reward their communities for taking valuable actions. We have a unique B2B / B2C product and growing numbers of paying customers and engaged users. We are backed by top investors with an office in San Francisco and a geographically distributed team with experience launching, building, and scaling the world’s most iconic startups.
About you…
You thrive when you can take ownership, solve problems creatively, and make processes your own. You have 4–6 years of experience leading implementation, onboarding, or customer success for an early-stage B2B SaaS platform—ideally in e-commerce enablement or marketing technology. You bring at least 2 years of hands-on onboarding experience, with a proven ability to launch and support DTC (direct-to-consumer) brands across marketing, eCommerce, and social teams.
You know how to manage cross-functional stakeholders, streamline integrations, and set brands up for success from day one. Bonus points if you’ve rolled out complex integrations (e.g., Shopify, Klaviyo, or CRM systems) or built scalable frameworks that accelerate time-to-value for clients.
- You’re excited to shape and continuously improve the onboarding experience, making sure brands see value quickly and feel confident launching on TYB.
- You’re organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects while staying flexible in an evolving environment.
- You’re a clear, confident communicator who can collaborate effectively with marketers, executives, and technical stakeholders across brands and internal teams.
- You’ve built or refined processes before, and you know how to increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability in a fast-growing business.
- You thrive in a lean environment—resourceful, creative, and willing to roll up your sleeves when the playbook hasn’t been written yet.
- You can juggle competing priorities and shift focus quickly, keeping momentum even when the business or context changes.
- You’re motivated by bringing structure and clarity to ambiguity, and you approach challenges with curiosity and a growth mindset.
- You’re energized by the pace of startup life and resilient in navigating both challenges and change.
- You care deeply about community and believe in the power of community-driven commerce.
About the role…

- Lead the onboarding and implementation process for new brands, ensuring a smooth transition from signed deal to go-live.
- Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding, working closely with brands to customize their launch and align on goals.
- Partner with the sales team during pre-sale to scope implementation needs and set clear expectations with prospective brands.
- Serve as the voice of the customer by documenting bugs and feature requests and partnering with Product/Engineering on solutions.
