About You
- You have 7–10+ years of experience in agency partnerships in the consumer, commerce, or marketing tech space.
- You’ve led or helped build a partner program before and know what it takes to scale trusted, high-value, revenue-producing partnerships.
- You understand how consumer brands operate and think - LTV, CAC, retention, community, content, and the broader marketing tech stack.
- You’re a strategic operator who can architect a partner strategy, build the playbooks, and execute in the trenches.
- You’re an exceptional communicator and presenter, able to influence senior stakeholders across agencies and internal teams.
- You care deeply about community and believe in the power of fan-driven growth.

About the Role
As the Director of Agency Partnerships, you will own the strategy and execution for building and scaling TYB’s agency ecosystem. You’ll create the blueprint for how we collaborate with agencies, how we drive referrals and revenue together, and how our platform becomes a staple in the modern growth and community tech stack.
You will serve as the primary external-facing leader for agency partners - deepening relationships, driving joint go-to-market efforts, unlocking customer value, and building a program that scales. Internally, you'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure that agencies have what they need to succeed and that their insights shape our roadmap.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build and scale the agency ecosystem: Develop and own TYB’s agency partnership strategy - defining the roadmap, programs, enablement motions, incentives, and overall structure needed to scale partner-driven revenue.
- Strengthen and grow key agency relationships: Manage top-tier agency partners, build strong executive relationships, and drive measurable revenue impact through co-selling, co-marketing, and shared customer success.
- Recruit and onboard new partners: Identify, prioritize, and bring on high-value agencies that align with TYB’s brand and customer ecosystem, expanding the breadth and quality of our partner network.
