About You
- You have 4–7 years of experience in agency partnerships or partner management - ideally in the consumer marketing ecosystem.
- You’ve worked in a startup or fast-moving environment and are energized by building new partner programs from scratch.
- You’re relationship-driven, with a track record of developing trusted, revenue-producing partnerships.
- You understand how consumer brands think - LTV, CAC, retention, community, content, and their broader marketing tech stack.
- You are a clear communicator with strong presentation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- You care deeply about community and believe in the power of fan-driven growth.
- Above all, you thrive in a collaborative environment and want to build something category-defining.
About the Role
As an Agency Partner Manager, you will play a central role in building and scaling TYB’s agency ecosystem—creating relationships that deepen customer value, drive referrals, and expand community commerce across the broader marketing tech stack. You’ll be the primary point of contact for agencies, introducing them to TYB, educating their teams, uncovering revenue opportunities, and ensuring partners succeed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and grow agency relationships: Develop processes and best practices that drive measurable revenue through partners, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to maximize the impact of TYB’s platform and programs.
- Build scalable partnership programs: Execute events, enablement initiatives, and community-building efforts that strengthen relationships with agencies and expand their revenue impact.
- Source and onboard new partners: Identify and bring on agencies aligned with TYB’s brand and customer ecosystem, cultivating a strong, diverse network that fuels growth and activation.
- Be the voice of the agency ecosystem: Advocate internally for agency partners by sharing market insights and feedback, ensuring our partner program and product continue to evolve with their needs.
- Enable agencies to understand TYB’s value: run trainings, co-marketing sessions, partner playbooks, and product updates.
- Location: NYC and LA area preferred.
