About you…
- You have 5 -7 years of B2B closing experience selling into SMB or Mid-Market consumer product brands (ideally within the e-commerce tech stack)
- You have spent time around or in consumer brands, and have an understanding of their key growth metrics and levers, including LTV, CAC, retention, and performance marketing
- You’re a builder with 1 - 2 years’ experience at an early-stage startup who enjoys iterating on the sales process to determine what works and what doesn’t
- You’re compassionate, with the curiosity to understand our ICP’s problems, and if and how our platform can solve them
- You're extremely driven and are determined to go above and beyond to hit quota
- You’re motivated by ambiguity and thrive in environments that require you to build new skill sets to solve problems
- You care about community and believe in the power of community-integrated-commerce
- Most importantly, you enjoy working collaboratively to meet your sales quota as we find product-market fit
About the role…
- You will be an early member of our sales team, responsible for working collaboratively with the COO to establish the foundation of our sales organization
- You will be responsible for hitting your brand acquisition targets and revenue goals
- Work closely with our COO and sales team to build out and help refine our sales process
- Manage full cycle sales from prospecting to close. Currently, we'd estimate this is about 40% prospecting/outbound and 40% end-to-end deal cycle
- You will support your sales team by sharing best practices, what’s working well, and helping others grow alongside you
- You will partner with the COO to co-create outbound tests to enable you to hit your goal
- You will take an active role in identifying and creating sales collateral and scalable sales processes
- You will work cross-functionally with the PDE and Customer Success teams to provide front-line customer feedback that will help shape our product roadmap
