About you…
- You have 5 -7 years of B2B closing experience selling into Mid-Market or Enterprise consumer product brands (within the e-commerce tech stack)
- You have spent time around or in consumer brands, and have an understanding of their key growth metrics and levers, including LTV, CAC, retention, and performance marketing
- You’re a builder with 1 - 2 years of experience at an early-stage startup who enjoys iterating on the sales process to determine what works and what doesn’t
- You’re compassionate, with the curiosity to understand our ICP’s problems, and if / how our platform can solve them
- You're extremely driven and are determined to go above and beyond to hit quota
- You’re motivated by ambiguity and thrive in environments that require you to build new skill sets to solve problems
- You care about community and believe in the power of community-integrated-commerce
- Above all, you thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated to hit your quota while helping the team refine product-market fit
About the role…
- You’ll be an early and foundational member of the sales team, partnering closely with the COO and leadership to build our outbound motion from the ground up.
- Own aggressive brand acquisition and revenue targets—success starts with your ability to source and close new business.
- Lead a heavily outbound-driven sales process, with ~60% of your time focused on prospecting, list building, and pipeline generation, and the remainder advancing and closing active deals.
- Take ownership of outbound sales collateral and help systematize what we need to move fast and sell smart.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Design, and CS to channel feedback from early-stage conversations into product and GTM improvements.
- Collaborate with teammates to share winning outbound strategies, iterate on what's working, and help shape team culture.
